Integration consists in creating a link between Hotelinking and the PMS of the hotel or chain, to be able to recover information and cross-reference the data obtained by Hotelinking and the data that is already in the PMS.

When you enter data such as surname and room number in our data capturing portal, it will be validated against the PMS to check that this user/guest really was staying in the property. The guest must have completed the check-in process.

For these services to perform optimally, integration with the hotel’s PMS is required. Data captured using Hotelinking’s WIFI module will be cross-referenced with the data obtained from the PMS to create an enriched database.

Using the Portal Pro service, we will request integration with your PMS. This integration is necessary to be able to cross-reference the PMS database with the data obtained from our WIFI module. Before validation, and with a parallel process, Hotelinking will import the designated fields of interest (booking channel, type of room etc.) alongside the user profile within our system. This data will always be available for the hotel to download or import to the CRM, and hotels will therefore be able to use it in 100 % segmented marketing campaigns.

Another option is to sign up to Data Match. This service is an alternative to Portal Pro when we do not wish to capture the information via Hotelinking’s Data capturing portal. In this case, we can opt to match data periodically, directly connecting to the PMS.
